Terms of Service
These Terms apply to the Veyron Systems website, application forms, client portal, partner workspace, digital communications, and any business system architecture services supplied by Veyron Systems.
Business identity
Veyron Systems is operated by Jack Morales, ABN 50511946876, Australia. References to “Veyron”, “Veyron Systems”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to this business.
Services
Veyron Systems provides business system architecture services. These may include business model review, revenue architecture, acquisition structure, workflow design, AI workflow planning, delivery system design, implementation sequencing, and related digital operating documentation.
No guaranteed outcomes
Veyron provides analysis, structure, and execution-ready recommendations. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, sales volume, search ranking, platform approval, business success, or any specific commercial result. Outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, inputs, resources, and client decisions.
Applications, scope, and acceptance
Submitting an application or assessment does not guarantee acceptance. Veyron may decline work that is unclear, unsuitable, outside scope, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or misaligned with the service. Scope, pricing, inclusions, and delivery expectations must be confirmed before paid work begins.
Payments, billing, and checkout
Where payment is required, payment instructions are provided through approved payment channels such as Stripe or other listed providers. A service may not begin until payment and intake requirements are completed. Any invoice, subscription, or checkout flow must match the agreed scope.
Refunds and disputes
Refund eligibility depends on the service stage, work already completed, digital delivery status, and the agreed scope. Because Veyron provides custom analysis and system design, refunds may be limited once work has started or deliverables have been prepared. Dispute evidence may include application data, intake records, communication records, payment metadata, delivery logs, and final deliverables.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing deliverables, implementing decisions, obtaining legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice where needed, and ensuring your business activity is lawful. Veyron is not responsible for losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.
AI-assisted work
Veyron may use AI tools to support analysis, drafting, classification, workflow mapping, and internal operations. AI-assisted outputs are reviewed and structured for the service context, but clients remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations.
Acceptable use
You must not use Veyron Systems to request illegal activity, deceptive conduct, spam, harassment, exploitation, malware, credential theft, regulated professional advice without appropriate review, or content that infringes rights or violates platform rules.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, Veyron retains ownership of its methods, templates, frameworks, systems, software, and underlying architecture. Clients receive rights to use their paid deliverables internally for their own business. Resale, copying, redistribution, or public republishing of Veyron frameworks is not permitted without written permission.
Third-party services
Veyron may rely on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Google services, analytics tools, and other infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and operational limitations.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyron is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, platform actions, provider outages, implementation failures, or business decisions made after delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
Veyron may update the website, services, pricing, scope, and these Terms. The version published on this page applies from the time it is posted unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
